Pet Pavilion deserves all the stars! My senior chocolate lab, Biscuit, started physical therapy with Dr. Oussama several months ago. Biscuit had a health scare and suffered neuromuscular damage which left him unable to walk. A neuro specialist said his prognosis was poor and our regular vet estimated a 50/50 chance that he would walk again. Our vet consulted with Dr. Oussama, and he started treatment including acupuncture, laser therapy, massage, and hydrotherapy. Biscuit has had a remarkable recovery. He can walk again and has regained his enthusiasm for life!! Biscuit is part of our family and very special to us. Dr. Oussama’s skills, expertise, patience, and careful treatment plan, and the assistance of other Pet Pavilion staff, helped save Biscuit’s life. When Biscuit started treatment, he was depressed and clinic staff carried him to and from my car for each appointment. Now he can hop out of the car and happily walks inside himself. I am really impressed with the treatment options at this clinic, and the details they thought of. Biscuit has used their treadmill, and the pool is quite big. The pool is multi level so he can rest in the shallowest part, and swim in the deeper part. Their pet taxi transported Biscuit to and from home when we traveled out of the country, allowing his treatment to continue uninterrupted. They have a senior lounge 😍 where Biscuit can wait in a quieter space before and after appointments. Without all of these treatment options, and their professional and knowledgable staff, Biscuit likely would have had a very different outcome. His medical conditions are complicated and Dr. Oussama has kept an eye on his whole health, including helping him maintain a healthy weight. Biscuit has chronic ear infections and Dr. Oussama monitors his ears and uses a dog swim cap to protect them during swim sessions. This is a phenomenal clinic with phenomenal staff. They have great communication, share photos and videos of Biscuit with me, and created amazing social media content which enabled friends far away to see Biscuit’s progress. I feel that the whole staff are pulling for Biscuit’s recovery. ❤️❤️❤️
